Sunday, March 8 at 1 p.m.: "Plant-Based Nutrition: More than just rabbit food"
Join Sara Kuhn, RD, and Shefali Sharma-Stinebaugh, Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, to learn how and why a more plant-based way of eating is beneficial and more than just eating lettuce and broccoli!! There will be samples and recipes and discussion on how to transition to plant-based eating.
Sunday, April 5 at 1 p.m.: "Mindfulness: How do you see the world"
Author, Yogi and motivational speaker, Banni Bunting. We often get caught up in the rat race of daily life, the negativity of media and people around us and forget how to be grateful, empathetic, show kindness and how to "re-center" ourselves. This open discussion is beneficial for ALL AGES and will inspire everyone who attends!

This breaks down to either $15 or $10 per bootcamp class plus the boxing classes completely FREE!
Description: These classes will be a mixture of boxing and strength, with special emphasis on the booty, abs, and arms!
It will be a typical bootcamp style class, with the added fun of boxing, so be prepared for intensity and be ready to sweat!!
