Dirty Dozen Workout

In honor of the holiday season, here's one of my favorite workouts to do at home or on the road. Any/all exercises can be change up, just keep the format the same! The format is similar to the song "12 Days of Christmas" - Always adding an exercise when you start over! NOTE: These exercises are just suggestions - feel free to put your own in!


Do 1:00 Cardio; Then, Exercise #2, 1:00 Cardio; Exercise #3, #2, 1:00 Cardio; Exercise #4, #3, #2, 1:00 Cardio and try to get all the way through!


DIRTY DOZEN:

1. 1:00 Cardio

2. 12 Squat Jumps

3. 12 Burpees with pushup

4. 12 Lunges each leg

5. V-Sit with 12-Torso twists each side

6. 12 Mt. Climbers each side

7. 12 Tricep Dips

8. 12 Side lunges each side

9. 12 Single leg calf raises each side

10. 12 Sit ups

11. 12 Curtsy lunges each side

12. 1:00 Plank
